[Recipe] Pan-Fried Pork Chops

A quick and easy pork chop recipe.

Pan-Fried Pork Chops: #

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4) #

  • 4x thin pork chops (1/2” or thinner, boneless preferred)
  • garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • corn starch
  • cooking oil

Directions #

  1. Pour corn starch onto a plate
  2. Season pork chops liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  3. Fully coat both sides of each pork chop with corn starch (make sure to refill the plate if it’s running out)
  4. Heat some oil in a pan on medium high heat
  5. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes, until browned
  6. Scrape off any melted fat and remove from the pan, serve immediately
