Pan-Fried Pork Chops: #
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4) #
- 4x thin pork chops (1/2” or thinner, boneless preferred)
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- corn starch
- cooking oil
Directions #
- Pour corn starch onto a plate
- Season pork chops liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Fully coat both sides of each pork chop with corn starch (make sure to refill the plate if it’s running out)
- Heat some oil in a pan on medium high heat
- Cook each side for 3-5 minutes, until browned
- Scrape off any melted fat and remove from the pan, serve immediately
