Welcome to my website!

I'm a software engineer at Cursor, currently working on Origin. Previously, I worked at Meta on Pyrefly, an open-sourced type checker and language server for Python. Prior to that, I worked on developer infrastructure for WhatsApp and product infrastructure for Messenger.

I'm interested in compilers, programming languages, and data visualization, and I maintain a blog on this website where I talk about some of those things.

My alma mater is Cornell University. My hobbies include road biking, barebow recurve archery, boxing, foil fencing, and cooking. I like cooking Cantonese cuisine, soups, and dishes I can make in under 30 minutes 🙂
